Each building has 8 two-bedroom apartments ranging from 1800 sq. ft. to 2150 sq. ft and one three-bedroom penthouse measuring 3,000 sq. ft.
The design was created to provide the feeling of security and comfort while taking advantage of the view and harnessing the cross-ventilation of each apartment to maximize the experience.
The apartments (two per floor) have bathrooms on every bedroom and a walk-in closet in the master bedroom. They have a large living room/dining room area. All apartments have big open areas and have been designed to maximize the view of Cerro Chame.
The penthouse has three bedrooms each with its own bathroom and two of them with walk-in closets. The common area is a large room that has a dining room, living room and bar all with spectacular views. There is also a studio or family room with a separate open terrace and a large open kitchen.
