Every villa is an independent area with enough space to make every resident feel like the master of his kingdom. The apartment units, while independent, will share some common areas. Every detail has been thought of, so that the experience is tailored to fit your needs.
A fifteen foot wide, three kilometer long surrounding grass trail has been designed around the project, to give our residents a common area to enjoy several activities including: horseback riding, jogging, walking, or simply enjoying nature’s environment, within the projects secure design.
Within the gated perimeter, there are two lakes that host a great amount of birds, turtles and fish that complete this unique environment.
Being located in the Chame District, there are plenty of facilities nearby. There are four golf courses nearby. There is a public beach access site just seven minutes away. There is a boat ramp fifteen minutes away from the project that can be used to launch small boats (up to thirty-five feet) for river fishing or blue water fishing. The Chame River runs next to the project, giving way for many interesting expeditions, as it creates a natural, one-mile long path to the beach.
Mount Chame itself is the keystone for Hacienda Las Villas. Every detail, every idea in this project has been created to embrace the environment that surrounds us. Besides being an interesting hiking destination, Mount Chame’s beauty can be experienced from everywhere within the project.
